CYBER BULLYING

Cyber bullying is a very topical issue at the moment with Governments and communities seemingly at a loss about how to fix the problem. Because cyberspace does not respect geographical or situational boundaries it can be very difficult to identify and even more difficult to combat. The Centre considers that because schools are very important places in the lives of children, and because school children are often the victims of cyber bullying, it is time to consider some new approaches in our schools.

The Centre has developed a Cyber-Bullying Workshop which at this stage will focus on the possibilities of Restorative Responses to Cyber Bullying at schools.
