TRAINING

For Profit, For Purpose, Government Departments, Justice Organisations, Community Groups, Organisations & Schools.

Schools - The Centre for Restorative Justice can provide Professional Development workshop training for your school to gain an understanding of how using Restorative Practice can assist with behaviour development and developing constructive strategies for conflict resolution. We can also partner with you to provide a cultural change that embeds Restorative Practices across your community. Our Partner Package process engages students, parents and staff to provide inclusive community options to address behavioural matters, conflict and to develop problem solving skills and emotional literacy.

Justice Organisations - The Centre for Restorative Justice works with justice organisations like prison service providers, government organisations, police and courts to provide training and consulting on the benefits of implementing Restorative Justice and Practice in these organisations.  This implementation provides practical application of RJ/RP as an alternative dispute resolution process to address violence and conflict and provide a system for engagement and safe reintegration into Community.

Businesses and Organisations - The Centre for Restorative Justice can assist in implementing Restorative Practices into your organisational Health and Wellbeing programs for staff and leaders to improve engagement and assist in developing strategies for constructive conflict resolution and reducing conflict escalation.

FOR PROFIT, FOR PURPOSE, GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, COMMUNITY GROUPS AND ORGANISATIONS

Centre for Restorative Justice provides Organisational Consulting and assistance with cultural redesign by engaging with your organisation to train teams and support the implementation of Restorative Justice practice and principles across work units as part of your HR, P & C or Health and Wellbeing programs. Supporting staff and leaders to improve engagement and assist in reducing conflict escalation. The values, language and principles of Restorative Practice will provide tools to deliver improved working relationships within your workplace community and with external clients.

JUSTICE ORGANISATIONS

The Centre for Restorative Justice works with justice organisations like prison service providers, government organisations, police and courts to provide training and consulting on the benefits of implementing Restorative Justice and Practice in these organisations.  We can assist with the implementation and facilitation of Victim-offender mediation, Restorative conferencing, Circles of Support and Accountability, Sentencing circles and post release options for safe reengagement in community.  We engage in supporting staff and leaders with the appropriate Restorative Justice tools to assist in reducing conflict escalation. The values, language and principles of Restorative Practice are the tools used to develop appropriate communication and address harm within the internal and external communities that Justice organisations engage with.

SCHOOL, COLLEGES AND TERTIARY EDUCATION

When Schools or Colleges embed Restorative Practice into their community, engaging students, parents and staff and implementing policy change, positive outcomes can be achieved. These outcomes include, but are not limited to, a reduction in suspension/exclusion rates, improvement in learning outcomes and an enhanced atmosphere of wellbeing.

Any of our training modules can be modified to suit your organisations needs regarding content and delivery.
